We have four production lines, which are 5# machine 6# machine 7# machine ,8#machine .
And 8# machine is our best production line , this machine stablely manufacture the copy paper products for some
larger dealers for the yearly long-term contract .

Out month output are around 8000 Tons/Month :

In China , we are one of the fewer factories who can offer only copy paper products per month which upto this quantity .
We also import part of the raw mateiral(wooden pulp) from overseas like Russia and other area .
Additionally ,we are also one of the fewer factories who can offer only copy paper products in quality actual 100% wooden pulp best in China .

The Brand of our Copy Paper are "Phoenix" ,"Orient", "China Tiger" and so forth .
The price bases on its quality , There are 3 prices of Copy Paper depending on its brightness in quality or material ,

Under the mixed wooden pulp : It is only single quality according the brightness ---94%-96% ;
Under the 100 % wooden pulp : They are two qualities according the brightness ;
1.98%-100% brightness ( super quality ,and super brightness),
2.104%-106% brightness ( high super quality ,and high super brightness).

The Spec. Are :

Paper Weight DATA For Customer Reference :

Note : 1. (Reams/Ton)--- per ton jumbo roll paper can be slitted out 400 reams of 80 GSM ,A4 size paper .
2. A3 size is twice of A4 size .

Loading Details Of The Container ( 20GP ,40GP,40HQ ) :

1. Without pallets packaging details ( usually use 20GP ) :

Per 40GP can load 11,840 reams , and use 45 pallets .
pallet size is 885*1140*17MM
per pallets loading : 15reams *4(layer)=60 reams for belowing
per pallets loading : 15reams *3(layer)=45reams for upper
and total pallets for per 40GP is 22(belowing layer ) +22(upper layer )=44 pallets .
as for the loading of the 40GP , 22 pallets in belowing and 22 pallats in upper . And belowing is 4 layers, and upper is 3 layers.
By the way , for the excess weight limited by the vessel shipping co., per 40GP only allow to load about 26 tons .

2.) 8.5'*13'

Per 40GP can load 11,520 reams , and use 45 pallets .
pallet size is 1030*1140*17MM
per pallets loading : 15reams *4(layer)=60 reams for belowing
per pallets loading : 15reams *3(layer)=45reams for upper
and total pallets for per 40GP is 22(belowing layer ) +21(upper layer )=43pallets .
as for the loading of the 40GP , 22 pallets in belowing and 21 pallats in upper .And belowing is 4 layers, and upper is 3 layers.
By the way , for the excess weight limited by the vessel shipping co. , per 40GP only allow to load about 26 tons .

3.) A4

Per 40GP can load 11,840 reams , and use 45 pallets .
